This partnership highlights the seamless link between technology and the arts. Community Outreach Lunch Hour Concert Series Throughout the month of October the University and the wider Papine community were entertained on a weekly basis with CFA’s Lunch Hour Concert Series. The UTech, Jamaica Drumming Ensemble opened the series on Thursday, October 08, 2015, the Instrumental Band performed on October 15 th , and for the remaining two weeks of the series the Drama Ensemble on October 22 nd and the Vocal Ensemble on October 29 th took the stage. The series was intended to increase the visibility of the Centre within the University community and encourage further utilization of the groups externally. Creative Edge Exhibition Series The third staging of the exhibition series opened on Thursday October 8, 2015 with main address from Artist and Educator, Miss Camille Chedda. The launch allowed for an introduction of the exhibitors along with samples of their works on display.
