Mr. McPherson spoke on the topic “Deciphering Decriminalization”. His presentation was published in the Sunday Gleaner of May 17, 2015. Human Rights Public Forum The Faculty of Law in collaboration with the British Council hosted a Human Rights Public Forum on October 29, 2015 at the Papine campus. The topic for discussion was “Human Rights and I: A Conversation with Leading Voices”.
