All JDSEEL lecturers are involved inentrepreneurial ventures of some kind and several staff members are actively involved in entrepreneurial ventures through their consultancy work in the Business Clinic and other projects. Local and international linkages and collaborations y y Four students from the Hospitality and Tourism Management degree course of study were awarded the Canadian CARICOM Student Scholarship to pursue studies at the Humber College during the fall semester. They are Kellian Ellis, Lacyann Smith, Chantelle Briscoe and Jehnelle Henry. y y SHTM continues to participate in the Canada- CARICOM Leadership Scholarships Program (CCLSP) through an initiative by Dr. Terrence Frater, Adjunct Professor. Four students benefitted from the programme which provided them with the opportunity to spend one semester studying at the University of Prince Edward’s Island and Brandon University in Canada. y y JDSEEL continued its collaboration with Babson University in the delivery of the module – International Entrepreneurship ENT4009. The collaboration continues to benefit students from both Universities and provide positive synergy.
